Assistant Chef (Hotel)
Your responsibilities will include assisting the
Head Chef in running the kitchen. You will help supervise other team members in
the absence of the Head Chef and ensure that our high standards and procedures
are maintained. You will provide excellent quality meals, presented to a high
standard, for 50-100 guests in one of our chalet hotels.
You need to be self-motivated and confident in
your own abilities with excellent organisational, communication and
inter-personal skills and the ability to work in a team.
Required Experience
Qualification or proven
ability in the catering industry
Experience in large kitchens
