Chalet Chef
Your responsibilities will include the smooth running of your
kitchen, keeping within the set budgets, supervising and organising your team
and ensuring that our high standards and procedures are maintained. You will
provide excellent quality meals, presented to a high standard, for between 20
and 48 guests in one of our larger chalets.
You need to be self-motivated and confident in your own
abilities, with excellent organisational, communication and inter-personal
skills and the ability to work within a team.
