Chalet Host/Cook

Suzanne Gullidge talks about the satisfaction of working as a Chalet Host

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the smooth running of your chalet and keeping within the set budgets.

You will provide excellent quality meals and present your chalet to a high standard for between 6 and 18 guests. This involves preparing breakfast, afternoon tea and a four course evening meal including canapés, plus housekeeping and entertaining your guests. In our larger chalets there are opportunities for friends and couples to run the chalet together.

You should have a friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent organisation and communication skills.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Catering/cooking experience or qualification essential

Hospitality and customer service experience an
    advantage
