Lapland Chalet and Catering Supervisor
You will oversee all aspects of the catering in
the guest and staff chalets, including budgets and ordering. You will also be
responsible for the preparation and cooking of all staff meals, ensuring they
receive a balanced and healthy diet, within the set budget.
You will train, supervise and organise a small
team of chalet hosts covering all aspects of running a small chalet; cleaning,
cooking, hosting, food hygiene and health and safety. You will provide
continuous support and training throughout the season.
You will need to be self-motivated and confident
in your own abilities, organizational, communication and catering skills.
Required Experience
Proven experience in the
catering and hospitality
industry
Customer experience essential
Full clean driving licence
