Chalet Host/Cook
Your role is entirely guest focused with all
your skills and attention being focused on the smooth running of your chalet and
keeping within the set budgets. You will provide excellent quality meals, and
present your chalet to a high standard for between 8 and 10 guests. This
involves preparing breakfast, three course evening meal, as well as a Gala
Dinner for departing guests.
All housekeeping responsibilities are yours and
you will also be required to provide local information to your guests in the
form of Welcome Briefs and information leaflets. Hosting and entertaining your
guests is a major element of your role.
You should have a friendly and outgoing
personality, with excellent organisation and Guest Relation skills.
