Food and Beverage Manager
In our largest Chalet Hotel, as part of the
Hotel’s senior management team, the Food and Beverage Manger will be a
professional hotelier with experience in this branch of the industry. You will
lead the Kitchen and Bar teams in providing a flawless service to our guests.
The kitchens will be producing superb, well presented food and the dining room
staff will be trained and controlled in providing the highest standards of
service and dining room ambience. You will ensure that the budgetary control in
the kitchens and profitability in the bar are on target.
