As General Assistant you will provide a
welcoming atmosphere for the guests and ensure that the high standards that the
company expects are maintained. You will assist with the cleaning and
preparation of the Chalet or Hotel, assist with the production of reports and
help to compile information about your resort for guests.
You will help provide a first class service to
all guests, welcome them on arrival and help them with their luggage. You will
provide guests with information about the Chalet/Hotel and resort, be present at
the welcome meeting and deal with any issues that may arise promptly and
effectively.
You will assist with set-up and serving of
breakfast and evening meals and cleaning afterwards, and assist serving behind
the bar on a rota.
You will assist with daily and weekly
housekeeping, maintain a high standard of cleanliness daily and ensure that
guest bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas are clean and tidy.
In Esprit you will assist in serving lunch to
the children in the restaurant on a rota, and with setup for and in serving High
Tea to the children daily.
