Head Chef
Working in one of our chalet hotels, your
responsibilities will include the smooth running of your kitchen, keeping within
set budgets, supervising and organising your team and ensuring that our high
standards and procedures are maintained. You will provide excellent quality
meals, presented to a high standard, for 50-100 guests.
You will need to be self-motivated and confident
in your own abilities, with excellent organisational, communication and
inter-personal skills and the ability to lead a team.
Required Experience
Qualification or proven
ability in the catering industry
Experience in running large
kitchens
