Applications and Interviews

About the Interview

You will be expected to spend a couple of minutes during the interview introducing yourself (a little background information, where you were born, schools, university, college, interests, hobbies, hopes, dreams, aspirations etc). Then you are to introduce your task and explain its ingredients/content, method and relevance to your job role. The tasks are job specific so it is important you are fully aware of the type of job you are applying for. Management tasks are not necessarily creative and focus more on managerial and specific areas. You will be questioned about your task during either during the group session or your one-to one interview.

Any costs incurred in producing your task item are at your own expense.

The interview is your opportunity to make a good impression. Use it wisely. Dress and present yourself in a smart and well groomed manner. We reserve the right to cancel an interview with anyone unsuitably dressed - our time is better spent interviewing serious applicants. Unacceptable attire is anything dirty, torn, bearing inappropriate slogans, jeans and so on.
