Bar Supervisor
You will have full responsibility for the bar
operation in one of our Chalet Hotels. Under your leadership a small team will
provide effervescent service to our guests. Your bar will be profitable and as
the season progresses you will create and implement new procedures to increase
sales and minimize waste. It will always be clean, well stocked and
appropriately staffed, and your cash and stock control will be impeccable.
You will need to be organized, punctual,
comfortable dealing with figures and able to gain the respect of your staff.
