Your responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining the standards and quality of the catering in all of your resort's chalets, ensuring they operate within their budget. You will supervise chalet staff, collate weekly orders, liaise with suppliers and receive deliveries.

You will also provide training throughout the season for existing and new chalet staff. You will be required to produce detailed budget reports and account for the resort's catering expenditure.

You need to be highly organised and adaptable with good catering skills, ideally having previous experience of working overseas as a chalet host or chef.

Required Experience

Hospitality, catering and customer service experience
    essential

Management and supervisory skills

Good command of French, German or Italian

Full clean driving licence
