Rhodes talks about her experiences managing a resort in Santa's homeland
As Resort Manager you will oversee all
operational and guest related aspects of the running of the Santa’s Lapland
programme in your resort. This includes all resort-based features, activity
itineraries and travel elements of the guest’s holiday.
In addition you will be responsible for
managing, supervising and organising all resort staff, vehicles and equipment
and ensuring that company budgets are adhered to. You will be responsible for
ensuring that the high standards that the company expects are maintained
throughout the programme.
You will be involved in training the Lapland
team pre-season and providing continual training to them throughout the season.
You will need to be self-motivated and confident
in your own abilities, with excellent organisational, communication and
inter-personal skills and the ability to lead a large team.
