Lapland Senior Representative
As a Senior Representative you will assist with
all operational and guest related aspects of the running of the programme with
particular responsibility for the smooth administration and customer care in our
partner hotels.
You will help supervise and organise a team of
Hotel Representatives as well as provide cover and support for other senior
members on their days off. You will ensure that the high standards that the
company expects are maintained and the guest’s needs met and exceeded where
possible. You will assist in the organisation of Gala Dinners in the hotels and
attend on a regular basis.
You need to be a confident, outgoing person with
excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work within
and lead a team.
