Restaurant Manager
Working in our largest Chalet Hotel, your first
responsibility will be for all front of house aspects of the Restaurant’s
operation. Your team will be motivated by your enthusiasm as you supervise their
training and development in their roles. You will liaise with suppliers, and
monitor guest feedback as well as managing logistical matters such as dietary
requirements and seating arrangements as specified on booking manifests. You
will add to your guests’ experience selling such additions as wine upgrades and
packed lunch options. The service you offer your guests will be polished and
professional.

You will need to be an independent determined
team worker who is comfortable with responsibility and meticulous in your
organisation.
