Kitchen/Night Porter
As Hotel Kitchen/ Night Porter you will assist
the Hotel Head Chef with all aspects of operating the hotel kitchen, ensuring
that the standards of cleanliness and quality of catering are maintained. In
addition, you will be responsible for the running of reception during the night.
You will work on a shift rotation with other Kitchen/ Night Porters.
As Kitchen Porter, your work will involve
cleaning, laundry preparation, stock checking, assisting with hotel
administration and assisting with weekly Health & Safety, Hygiene, Food Samples
and Fire Checks.
In your role as Night Porter, you will be
responsible for cleaning and tidying, nightly security, safety and fire checks
and you will manage reception throughout the night, deal with any guest problems
that may arise and supervise the evacuation of guests in an emergency.
